## Frequently asked questions about wash cycles

Does the quick cycle really clean? +

It cuts the time, so it only works for lightly soiled items: clothes worn for a day, aired textiles, nothing stained. As soon as the soil is visible or set in, the normal cycle is still needed, and the tool never offers the quick one in that case.

What does the cycle map to on the laundromat machines? +

Our machines offer four settings: hot, warm, cold and delicate. The tool translates every recommendation into that vocabulary, right under the result. Detergent and softener are included in the wash price, so there is nothing to bring and no drawer to fill.

What about a duvet or a large load? +

The cycle stays the same; it is the capacity that changes, because a duvet needs room to turn. Our washers run from 9 kg (20 lb) to 18 kg (40 lb), and the 18 kg takes bedding and large loads. The 11 kg (24 lb) is only at Croix-Daurade.

## The cycle is picked, the machine is waiting

Washers from 9 to 18 kg (20 to 40 lb), dryers of 14 and 16 kg, detergent and softener included. You pick the machine and the cycle, start it, and leave with clean laundry.
