FAQ

Should you use liquid or powder detergent?
At home, choose a product that matches the textile label and the manufacturer's directions. At our Speed Queen laundromats, detergent and fabric softener are included in the wash price, so there is no bottle to bring.
How do you remove a stain without damaging the fabric?
Act promptly without spreading the stain, check the care label and use only a compatible product, tested first on a hidden area. Ask a specialist before treating a delicate or valuable textile.
Can white vinegar replace fabric softener?
Not in every case. At home, follow the appliance instructions and care label before adding any product. At our laundromats, softener is already included: do not add vinegar or another product to the machine.
